SNOW GROW SNOW.EXE is a program for creating fractal groups. Two types of groups are possible symmetrical and non-symmetrical or branching. The user inputs a starting random number seed, the starting radius (small radii provide faster drawing), radius modifier (small modifiers provide faster drawing), and maximum count (5000 points is maximum or enter "E" to stop when screen edge is reached). The images take a while to grow and you may want to let it run over night or during lunch as to not tie up your com puter. The complete images can be saved as a vector data file for manipulation in your own program or as a screen file for inclu sion in PC-KEY-DRAW. Use to load a .SCN file. The images can then be combined, edited mirrored, zoomed, rotated or manipulated as desired. Snow Grow is based on an article by A.K. Dewdney in Scientific American, December 1988. Snow Grow is in the public domain. Source code is available with registered copies of PC-KEY-DRAW.
